All Elite Essential Mobile Detailing customers agree to the following terms and conditions listed below.
Our goal as an auto recondition specialist is to Clean , Restore , & Protect all materials on the car. We want to make every experience unique to each of our customers.

Performing professional techniques to get your vehicle looking its finest is our top priority

We will not perform any service that could potentially harm or damage your vehicle
Before performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.

These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows don’t roll down, etc…

Elite Essential reserves the right to refuse service with good reason.
If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).
Appointments
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations may occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Please understand that our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an estimated time arrival when schedules change beyond our control.
Pricing
Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, service, and condition.

Additional charges may be applied for deep stains, excessive pet hair, debris removal, personal item removal, & steam clean (if required)
Property Damage
Most cars have wash marks, scratches, minor scratches and small dings from normal wear & tear of driving, directly from the dealership, or from commercial car wash facilities. Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for these types of minor imperfections. Until the automobile has been completely prep-washed, it is difficult to see every little blemish, scratch, wash-mark scratches, small dings & dents. Therefore Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for any type of pre-existing damages caused by other sources and normal or abnormal wear and tear.
Pre-existing Damages
Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for pre-existing damages we find during the normal course of detailing or reconditioning the interior or exterior of any and all vehicles. It is difficult to find any pre-existing damage during the initial inspection, especially if the vehicle is dirty and or cluttered with debris and personal items left in the vehicle. Older vehicles usually have many interior and exterior components that have become broken, worn out, fade, loose, and cracked, and Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for these type of pre-existing damages. If Elite Essential Detailing LLC. should break, disconnect, or damage any components of your automobile we will bring this to your attention before completing the final detail.
Engine Detail
Most engines components today are completely protected by manufactures devices. Rarely does Elite Essential Detailing LLC. ever see issues with engine malfunction after the engine detail. If however, Elite Essential Detailing LLC. has promoted and sold an engine detail Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is fully insured and will cover all expenses to repair any damage caused by only Elite Essential Detailing LLC. Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for pre-existing engine damage or engine malfunctions.
Re-setting Vehicle
It is the owner's responsibility to reset and check all electrical components, seat settings, stereo settings, all buttons and knobs and child proof settings directly after completion of detail.
Wheel Rims
Most wheel rims are under constant abuse from general road conditions; break dust, and washing conditions. They commonly have multiple stains, dings, pits, and scratches caused by normal driving conditions, break dust and other commercial car wash facilities. Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for pre existing damage on the wheel rims or wheel covers.
High Speed Polishing
High speed polishing is a trade technique that takes years to learn. In most cases high speed polishing removes several layers of paint and clear-coat and can be extremely damaging to the vehicle's painted surfaces. A vehicle's painted surface can only be high speed polished three times in the lifetime of the vehicle, any further high speed polishing can damage the vehicle's painted surface. Elite Essential Detailing LLC. is not responsible for any prior high speed polishing.
Key and Key Return Policy
Elite Essential LLC. will be sure to hand off the keys of the automobile to the owner or owner representative only and no one else. It is the owner or owner representatives responsibility to obtain the keys from Elite Essential LLC. upon completion and final inspection and sign off of each vehicle detailed.
Guarantees
Elite Essential Detailing LLC. guarantees your total satisfaction on the final detail of your vehicle if for any reason you are not satisfied Elite Essential Detailing LLC. will do what is deemed necessary and responsible to be sure you are 100% satisfied before final sign off of a completed vehicle.
Final Payment Due
Once Elite Essential Detailing LLC. has completed the final detail job payment is due. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing it is the vehicles owner or owners representative responsibility to have payment ready.
